Jessica L. Leischner is a partner at Wade, Grimes, Friedman Sutter & Leischner, PLLC and represents family law clients throughout Virginia, including Alexandria, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, Stafford, and Arlington County. As a family law specialist, and experienced litigator, she successfully negotiates settlements for various family law issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, property rights, settlement agreements, and spousal support.
Ms. Leischner works within a close proximity to Washington D.C. and has extensive experience resolving complex retirement issues and other cases for military personnel, federal employees, and foreign service employees. She is also the director of the Alexandria Bar Association Board and is an active member of several other professional organizations.
Ms. Leischner is dedicated to her clients and the Virginia community. She provides pro bono legal aid for low-income clients to resolve a range of family law issues such as divorce, property rights, child custody, child support, and domestic violence. Along with providing pro bono work, Ms. Leischner also mentors youth within the Virginia community through a scholarship program called “Beat the Odds,” which provides access to higher education.
