Her Divorce School SessionStress: How to Deal with It

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I am a Certified Positive Psychotherapy Practitioner and have been offering my services for more than 10 years.

I have been helping my clients deal with anxiety, depression, resentment, and conflict as a result of divorce, and issues related to co-parenting, managing children and the children’s ability to cope. When families are going through a separation or divorce, it can be difficult for the whole family. Although your relationship with your spouse might be over, it is important to focus on getting along so that children can manage the aftermath with resiliency.

You might need a third party to help with communication, co-parenting, or managing your new family dynamic. Your children might not be coping well with the confusing and hurtful feelings they are experiencing. Separated and divorced couples usually benefit from the support of a professional to navigate through tough times. Most people need assistance to deal with these situations in a healthy way to minimize the negative consequences of divorce.

I offer both telephone and in-person consultations. Most services can also be offered using FaceTime, Skype, WebEx, etc. I see clients in multiple office locations in Greater Toronto Area and I offer my telephone and web-based consultation services worldwide.

Your initial telephone consultation is free.
